Orbit by Pro AI Assistant ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you share with us.

This Privacy Policy explains how Orbit accesses, uses, and stores information obtained through the services you authorize (including Google services such as GA4/GSC, Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Ads), as well as how you can manage or delete your data.

1. About Orbit

Orbit by Pro AI Assistant is a web-based analytics and automation platform that helps marketing teams and business owners generate AI-powered insights from their connected Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Ads accounts.

Our service uses authorized permissions to access marketing and analytics data you connect — we never modify or delete your data inside your connected accounts. We may process this data with trusted service providers (data processors) to generate insights and reports.

2. Information We Access

When you connect your authorized accounts, Orbit requests access to the following provider APIs and scopes/permissions:

Google Analytics 4

analytics.readonly

Fetch traffic metrics, user behavior data, conversion rates, and engagement statistics to generate AI-powered performance insights and automated reports.

Google Search Console

webmasters.readonly

Fetch keyword performance data, search impressions, click-through rates, and ranking positions to provide SEO recommendations and content optimization insights.

Shopify

read_products,read_orders

Fetch product and commerce data to support growth & revenue metrics inside Orbit.

Meta Ads

ads_read,ads_management

Fetch campaign spend and performance insights (including ROAS) from Meta Ads accounts.

Google Ads

Fetch campaign and daily performance statistics (spend, conversions, and ROAS) from Google Ads accounts.

All access is limited to the permissions required to read your data for insights. Orbit cannot edit, create, or delete data in your connected accounts.

3. How We Use the Data

Orbit uses the data retrieved from your connected services only to:

  • Display analytics metrics and performance trends inside your Orbit dashboard.
  • Generate AI-based reports and recommendations.
  • Improve the accuracy of insights and performance summaries for your authorized account.

Your data is never:

  • Sold to third parties,
  • Used for advertising purposes, or
  • Combined with any other user's data.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Retrieved analytics data is stored securely on our servers located in the European Union (EU).
  • Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
  • For GA4 and GSC, we retain summarized analytics data (and the underlying raw data used for analysis) for up to 30 days to support report generation and historical trend comparison.
  • For Shopify and ad integrations (Meta Ads and Google Ads), we retain daily/aggregated metrics and summaries to power dashboards and historical views until you disconnect the integration.
  • Only aggregated, anonymized data may be used for system performance optimization.

5. Data Deletion and User Rights

You can revoke Orbit's access for GA4/GSC at any time by visiting your Google Account Permissions. For Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, disconnect the integration in Orbit to remove stored tokens and synced metrics.

Once access is revoked, Orbit immediately loses access to your provider data.

Under the GDPR, you also have the right to access, correct, or restrict the processing of your data at any time.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not share, sell, or disclose your connected analytics and advertising data with any external entities, except when required by law.

Third-party services we use (such as hosting, database providers, and OpenAI for AI processing) act only as data processors under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.

7. Compliance with Provider Policies

For data sourced from Google APIs, Orbit's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
