Welcome to Orbit by Pro AI Assistant ("Orbit", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Orbit, you ("you", "user", or "customer") agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

Orbit is an online platform that connects securely to your authorized analytics and marketing accounts (including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Ads) to provide AI-powered insights, reports, and recommendations.

Orbit is owned and operated by Pro AI Assistant, accessible at https://orbit.proaiassistant.com.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Orbit.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary authorization and access rights to connect any supported accounts (including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Ads) to Orbit.
• You agree not to connect any accounts you do not own or manage.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use Orbit to access or analyze data you are not authorized to view.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the operation of Orbit.
• Use the service to distribute malware, spam, or engage in illegal activity.
• Use Orbit in any way that violates applicable data protection, privacy, or intellectual property laws.

Orbit uses secure OAuth 2.0 authorization and provider-specific authorization to connect to your supported accounts (including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Ads).

The app requests the permissions required to fetch analytics and marketing data for your authorized use via the following provider scopes/permissions:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly
• read_products,read_orders (Shopify)
• ads_read,ads_management (Meta Ads)
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords (Google Ads)

Orbit never edits, deletes, or alters your connected provider data.

By connecting your account, you grant Orbit permission to read your data solely for the purpose of generating insights and reports for your use.

Your use of Orbit is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle and protect your data.

For data sourced from Google APIs, Orbit complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Orbit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We strive to ensure continuous access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice.

• All intellectual property rights in Orbit, including software, design, and content, are owned by Pro AI Assistant or its licensors.
• You retain full ownership of your connected data from authorized providers.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Orbit solely for your internal business or personal analysis.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Orbit if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service,
• Use the service in a way that may harm other users or our systems, or
• Request data deletion or account closure.

Upon termination, Orbit will immediately revoke access to your connected provider data and delete stored information associated with your account within 5 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Orbit and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability for any claim related to your use of Orbit shall not exceed €100 EUR or the total fees paid to Orbit in the past 12 months, whichever is lower.
• Orbit does not provide warranties regarding data accuracy, completeness, or performance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the country where Pro AI Assistant operates. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in that region.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically.

The latest version will always be available at https://orbit.proaiassistant.com/terms.

Continued use of Orbit after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
